I’m going to keep this short and sweet because most of you couldn’t care less about the content of the conference (although if you do, updates at The Modern Journalist or search Twitter #btween09).
The day is pretty great although it’s weird to be at a tech conference where I don’t know anyone. This is an experience I haven’t had in a long time. Of course there is name recognition; however, even the folks who are mutual “names” are new in person.
Still there have been great sessions and conversations. And I’m interviewing folks for both The Cult of Me and Dungeons and Dreamers, plus making contacts for Making Digital.
All in all, a fun day. One more speaking engagement tonight. Then the first day party. Followed by final preparations for my training session tomorrow on the history of social media.
