The threat of failing instills no risk taking, no taking of chances, no innovation.   &lt;br&gt;Additionally the most potent, albeit uncomfortable, learning experiences are formed when you royally fail but have the insight and motivation to pick up the pieces and do it better tomorrow. &lt;br&gt;It&#039;s refreshing to read that the CMD is fostering such a creative environment. I&#039;d like to find out more of what&#039;s going on in there these days.</description>
