The more you know about a subject, the more you see that he is skimming the surface -- although I believe that his overall conclusions are right.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But his characterization of each individual component oftentimes leaves something to be desired. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Such is the nature of writing :)</description>

I hadn&#039;t heard it before. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have some big issues with Gladwell&#039;s methodology, which (here and elsewhere) ignores a lot of factors to support an oversimplified conclusion. There&#039;s a story there for sure, but it&#039;s a lot more complex and interesting than his portrayal.</description>
